We are looking for an ICE Trader to develop and execute trading strategies focused on the Power or Natural Gas markets traded on the Intercontinental Exchange (ICE). Main objectives of the role are to generate profitable trading opportunities by employing a combination of fundamental and technical analysis techniques and to trade Power and Natural Gas products on the ICE platform by developing and executing effective trading strategies, leveraging market analysis, risk management, and weather data interpretation.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- Experience in understanding weather data and report types to form informed trading decisions.
- Experienced C#, Python or R user
- Experience in managing massive amounts of information through numbers, with rigorous analysis performed in near Real-Time to funnel them into different trading opportunities across ICE products.
- Proven track record of PnL generation in ICE markets.
- Preferred advanced degree in Engineering, Mathematics, Physics or equivalent.
- Computation Finance educational background with trading experience in a commodity market would be a plus
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement ICE trading strategies focused on Power or Natural gas markets, utilizing fundamental and technical analysis.
- Execute trades across various power products, including but not limited to Balmonth, day-ahead, real-time, futures, and options contracts.
- Analyze market data, monitor price trends, and assess risk factors to make informed trading decisions.
- Monitor and manage trading positions to ensure optimal risk management and portfolio performance.
