Main Purpose:

You will be part of the Regional HR Team and you will play a highly influential part in our company’s continued success by attracting, engaging, and selecting top-tier professionals for our non-commercial positions, ensuring an outstanding candidate experience and a smooth and efficient recruitment process.
You will have exposure to key areas of our business such as shipping, supply chain management, risk management, operations, finance, accounting, legal, compliance, internal audit, business analytics, data science and engineering, making sure that recruitment is carried out in a creative, professional, and efficient way.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities

  • Bachelor’s or master’s degree in Human Resources or another relevant field.

  • 3+ years of experience in full-cycle recruitment (in house or agency), or HR coordination.

  • Being comfortable in a high-pressure, globalised, and ambitious environment.

  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects and priorities simultaneously in a fast-paced environment.

  • Fluent written and spoken English, any other language is a plus.

  • Experience in a shipping or trading company is a plus.

  • Experience with global or cross-border recruitment is a plus.

Key Responsibilities

Full-cycle Recruitment:

  • Source, identify and engage top-tier talent, through innovative and proactive sourcing strategies.

  • Screen applications to assess qualifications and match them with job requirements.

  • Conduct interviews and assess candidate qualifications and fit for the organization, while promoting company’s culture and values.

  • Work closely with hiring managers to understand their hiring needs and priorities, as well as providing suggestions and recommendations for process improvements, talent pools and recruitment strategies.

  • Propose innovative and creative solutions to improve processes and overcome recruitment roadblocks.

Supporting Global Talent Programmes:

You will contribute to ensure an outstanding organization and smooth running of the selection process, providing candidates with a five-stars interaction with our brand. Main responsibilities include:

  • Manage and post of global job requisitions, ensuring consistent branding and messaging.

  • Schedule and organise interviews, across multiple teams, locations and time zones, balancing calendars and ensuring accurate documentation and smooth coordination.

  • Prepare necessary documents and feedback reports.

  • Guide candidates throughout the entire process with all necessary details about interview location, time, assessors, and format.

System and Data Management:

  • Gain exposure to HRMS tools and develop proficiency in utilizing them for recruitment and HR operations, contributing to the optimization of workflows and processes.

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records and interview-related documentation.

  • Generate reports and analysis to drive decision-making.

Employer Branding and Candidate Experience:

  • Act as brand ambassador and trusted point of contact, ensuring candidate engagement with Trafigura’s brand.

  • Engage with top universities and professional organizations, participate to career events, design and organize branding initiatives.

  • Ensure a positive candidate experience, by providing timely and clear communication.

  • Address candidate inquiries and concerns promptly and professionally.
