Overview of Role

The primary task of the Trade Support intern is to assist with inputting invoices under the Company into ETRMs. He/She will also ensure that all current invoices are captured in system(s) while extending support to other functions of the Trade Support team in Singapore.

Main Responsibilities

  • Support pre-validation work flow by ensuring that ETRM data affecting the P&L are aligned with the trade recap.
  • 支持预验证工作流程, 确保影响损益的ETRM数据与交易总结保持一致
  • Ensure contracts / confirmations are received from or sent to CP and e-filing to common drive / ETRM.
  • 确保合同/确认文件从CP处接收或发送至CP,并通过电子提交至共享驱动器/ETRM系统。
  • Build templates under guidance into the client management systems, or perform testing (if needed) for CLM and other related projects
  • 在指导下在客户管理系统中建立模板,或在需要时为CLM及其他相关项目执行测试。
  • Ad-hoc administrative tasks (i.e. simple contract drafting)
  • 其他经理分配的工作

  • Register/issue standard invoices in ETRM
  • ETRM系统中注册/开具标准发票
  • Follow-up on receipt of funds for issued invoices
  • 跟进已开具发票的款项到账情况
  • Input LC application into external platform and e-filing to common drive / ETRM
  • 将信用证申请录入外部平台 , 并将其电子档案保存至公共驱动器或 ETRM系统。
  • Any other adhoc work as assigned by the manager
  • 其他经理分配的工作

Profile

The individual should have the following experience:

个人应具备以下经验:

  • Current students pursuing an undergraduate or master’s degree in Business, Accounting, Economics, Finance, or Engineering
  • 目前正在攻读工商管理、会计、经济学、 金融学或工程学本科或硕士学位的在校学生。
  • Able to commit to working 3 to 4 times per week
  • 能够每周工作 3至4次。
  • Must be articulate in oral and written English and Mandarin communication and possess good verbal and written presentation skills
  • 需具备流利的英语和普通话口头及书面沟通能力 ,并具备良好的口头和书面汇报技巧。
  • Meticulous, detail-oriented and demonstrates attentiveness in data handling
  • 细致入微,注重细节, 并在数据处理过程中确保数据的准确性。
  • Well-versed and proficient in Excel and other Microsoft Office applications.
  • 精通并熟练使用 Excel 及其他 Microsoft Office 软件。
  • Self-motivated and able to work independently and as a team player
  • 具有自我驱动力,能够独立工作, 同时也能作为团队的一员协作。
  • Strong prioritization and time management skills with ability to work under pressure in dynamic environment
