Main Purpose:
•Work as a Contract Administrator to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures while facilitating efficient contract execution across multiple commodities.
•Support finance operations and risk management for domestic trading activities.

Knowledge, Skills and Abilities
- 2-5 years of experience in commodity operation or contract administration
- Experience in legal as well as/or finance control is preferred
- Strong understanding of commercial contracts and legal terminology
- Excellent attention to detail and organizational skills
- Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
- Adaptability to changing priorities in a fast-paced trading environment
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, excellent written and verbal English language skills
Key Responsibilities
- Prepare, review, modify, and finalize commercial contracts for all business lines in Trafigura China in accordance with company policies and procedures
- Process contract amendments and extensions as required
- Collaborate with legal, finance, and risk management teams on contract-related matters
- Contribute to the continuous improvement of contract administration processes
- Verify and approve payment orders for trading procurement-related contracts
- Review and authorize cargo release documentation for sales contracts
- Process payment authorizations through system workflows or document sign-offs
- Perform other related responsibilities within the finance operations team
