Serve as the HR point of contact at the plant, offering daily support to staff and area leaders.
Assist in recruitment, onboarding, and induction processes for operational and technical employees.
Lead personnel administration: employee hiring and terminations, payroll updates, absenteeism tracking, workers’ compensation (ART), leaves, and more.
Collaborate with the labor relations team to lead union-related matters and workplace climate.
Keep employee records and HR systems up to date and well organized.
Coordinate training activities together with Safety, Maintenance, and other technical teams.
Support the implementation of wellbeing, internal communication, and organizational development programs.
Prepare regular reports on headcount, overtime, absenteeism, and other relevant HR metrics.
Participate in internal and external audits related to HR processes.
Promote a safe, inclusive work environment aligned with company values.
University degree in Human Resources, Accounting, or Business Administration.
Proven experience in an HR department.
Proficient in English.
Proficient in HR information systems and Microsoft Office tools.
Strong interpersonal skills, self-starter, and customer-focused attitude.
Availability to work on-site at the Bahía Blanca plant.
