Senior Analyst - Treasury Payments

Main Purpose:

- Responsible for timely execution of all daily payments; liaising with key banks and internal stakeholders.
- Efficient group and personal mailbox management, performing payment authorization.
- Overall team handling and executing supervisory activities.

Knowledge Skills and Abilities, Key Responsibilities:

Mandatory
-English speaking with excellent spoken and written communication skills.
- Educated to degree level or equivalent and highly numerate.
- Excellent accuracy and attention to detail.
- Able to cope in a highly pressured and demanding environment and handle high volumes of work.
Desirable
- Excel and database skills.
- An understanding of financial controls.
- Book keeping / basic accounting experience.
- Swift knowledge, bank investigations background.
Key Responsibilities
- Responsible for timely execution of all internal and external payments across currencies.
- Liaise with internal and external stakeholders (such as banks) for query handling and issue resolving.
- Efficient & scientific mailbox management. Both group and individual.
- Team management involving work distribution, knowledge & skill building, resiliency planning.
- Prioritization of tasks and escalation/exceptionmanagement. - Representing the team on inter department calls and participating in projects.
