Main Purpose:
Responsible for the analysis, forecasting, and performance monitoring of convenience stores at the national level. Develop pricing strategies and consolidate key information. Lead the implemented logistics model, ensuring efficient supply aligned with the operational and commercial needs of all franchisees.

Key Responsibilities:
- Prepare and maintain sales forecasts, profit and loss statements (P&L), and profitability analysis for the entire owned network.
- Design and implement pricing strategies passionate about margin improvement and assortment competitiveness.
- Analyze and consolidate operational and commercial information from franchisees to support strategic decision-making.
- Develop strategic dashboards to visualize improvement opportunities and supervise business performance.
- Participate in the definition and execution of the logistics model for the entire PUMA stations network.
- Monitor key performance indicators such as billing, units, product mix, market share, and store performance, among others, to identify improvement opportunities and areas of strength.
Knowledge and Abilities:
- Degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Economics, International Trade, or related fields.
- Advanced level of English.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Advanced Excel.
- Knowledge of Oracle (desirable).
- Knowledge of Power BI (desirable).
- Strong interpersonal skills, teamwork, proactivity, flexibility, and the ability to work independently and handle tasks autonomously.
